Service Description

I've mentored hundreds of individuals using a collaborative, facilitative coaching style. Applicants use these sessions at selected points during the application season to provide individualized support when they need it - during residency program selection, as a post-interview briefing session, during ROL preparation, SOAP, next steps, and more. Also available in a mentoring package.
