Welcome!

Miriam Parker MD, FACP, CIC, CSCC

I am a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 25 years of experience in graduate medical education, including serving as an Internal Medicine Program Director and Designated Institutional Official. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with medical students, residents, and fellowship applicants and have come to understand the residency application and selection process from both sides of the table.

I have worked with graduates of U.S. allopathic and osteopathic medical schools, as well as International Medical Graduates from around the world.  Through that work, I have come to appreciate the considerable sacrifices many applicants make in pursuing the opportunity to train and practice medicine in the United States.

I know how hard you've worked to get here.

  • I know how much it means to gain admission to medical school or match into a residency or fellowship program.

  • I understand the importance of a professional application, one that distinguishes you and gives your accomplishments the attention they deserve.

  • I have reviewed thousands of ERAS applications and worked individually with hundreds of applicants on their personal statements.

  • I know what interviewers are looking for, what helps an applicant stand out, and the mistakes you cannot afford to make.

I'd be honored to help you put your best application forward and prepare you to make the most of every interview opportunity.

It's what I do every day. It's what I love.
